SaaS Products
Built to sell to many customers — not just one.
A SaaS product is a different engineering problem from a client app: tenancy, plans, billing, support tooling and the ability to onboard a customer without a developer. We built LabCore LIS — our own multi-tenant lab platform — so we've solved these problems for ourselves first.
Built in, not bolted on
Tenant isolation
Every customer's data is walled off. Separate tenant and platform-admin portals with independent logins — a tenant login can never reach the admin side.
Plans & entitlements
Trial, Basic, Growth, Pro — feature flags, user caps and add-ons enforced server-side at every relevant point, with upgrade prompts in the UI.
Support & operations
Audited impersonation to see exactly what a customer sees, payments ledger, audit log, KYC and suspend controls, CSV exports.
Security & continuity
Device-code login protection, rate limiting, nightly automated backups, HTTPS by default, idempotent provisioning so deploys are boring.
What we've shipped like this
LabCore LIS
Multi-tenant lab SaaS (our own product)
Separate tenant and super-admin portals, plan entitlements enforced server-side, payments ledger, audit log, support impersonation, nightly backups.
How a project runs
Fixed price, weekly visible progress, and you own the result.
Scoping call
30–45 minutes on what the software must do, who uses it, and what exists today.
Written scope & fixed quote
Screens, roles, integrations and a delivery date — and a price that doesn't move unless the scope does.
Build in weekly drops
You see working software every week on a staging URL, not a demo at the end.
Launch & hand over
Deployed to your AWS account with backups, HTTPS and a deploy pipeline. Repo and keys are yours.
Common questions
Yes — LabCore's tenancy, plans and admin layer are reusable. The industry-specific workflow is what we build fresh.
